Mental health is health. All hands are invited and strongly encouraged to attend the Second Annual Mental Health Action Days. This two-day event is designed to move beyond awareness and into action, equipping service members, civilians, and contractors with practical skills, tools, and resources to strengthen resilience and sustain warfighting readiness.
On Thursday, May 14 we will be at Dealey Center. Attend a time slow that is convenient or as assigned below.
8:30 to 9:30 AM - SUBSCOL, SRS-32, SUB COMMANDS
9:45 to 10:45 AM - SUB COMMANDS, NSSF, SUBSCOL
11 AM to 12 PM - SUBASE, SLC, NSMRL
12:15 to 1:15 PM - NMRTU, SUBASE, UWDC, SUBSCOL
1:30 to 2:30 PM - SUBSCOL, SLC
Then on Friday, May 15 join us at the Library for small group break-out sessions to deepen understanding and practice skills. This is open to all hands, civilian attire strongly recommended. Schedule and sign-up via QR code will be available on day one.
